Each year Centennial hosts a breakfast on the day of the National Day of Prayer (1st Thursday in May). We invite our elected officials, (regardless of party affiliation) so that we can encourage them and pray over them as they fill the role they have been elected to. We also invite the first responders in our community as well as the ministers from churches in our area.
Normally we have our local officials, however a few years ago Gov. Eric Greitens stopped by and we prayed over him at a difficult time in his tenure as govenor.
